Velu is a one-person consultancy operated by Toby Burgmaier. This page describes what happens to the information you share on this site, in plain language.
What is collected
Only what you type into the audit questionnaire: your name, email, business name, and your answers about how your business works. The optional workload snapshot on this site runs entirely in your browser and is stored only on your own device unless you choose to include it with your answers. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
How it is used
Your answers are used for exactly one thing: preparing your written Business Bottleneck Audit and replying to you about it. They are never sold, shared with advertisers, or added to a mailing list.
Where it lives
Submissions are delivered to Toby by email and retained in a private cloud store so your inquiry is not lost if an email fails. Both are access-controlled and used only for the purpose above.
